The following, which had been held in second reading from the                                       
February 24, 2004, calendar, with Amendment No. 1 moved and                                         
pending (page 2718), was before the House:                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 283(FIN)                                                                
     "An Act making an appropriation to reverse the deposit of money                                
     available for appropriation in the general fund at the end of fiscal                           
     year 2003 into the constitutional budget reserve fund; making an                               
     appropriation for investment management fees for the                                           
     constitutional budget reserve fund; making appropriations under                                
     art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                             
     constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective                             
     date."                                                                                         
                                                                                                    
Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent to                                           
withdraw Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
